Where Do I Start with Working Genius?

Are you new to Working Genius and want to understand how to use the Administrator's Console? We're here to help!

Our assessment licenses never expire. As individuals complete the assessment, their results will be displayed on your dashboard. 

You can set up individual or group assessment links for others to take the assessment and use licenses you have purchased.

If someone has completed the assessment already on their own, outside of your account, you can request to have their results added to your portal. 

You can share your assessments results with others with just a couple of clicks.

You can generate team maps from the assessment results of individuals and teams in your account.

Our corporate account functionality allows you to share access on an admin or limited level with others.

You can share an entire team of assessments results with others with just a few clicks.

You edit and update the name on any assessment in your console.
