Search for and Request a Working Genius Assessment

Edited

Users can search & request in bulk.

Quick Steps:

  • Log in to the Working Genius Portal

  • Click Person Icon

  • Click "Request for Assessments"

  • Enter Email(s)

  • Assign as Individual or Group

  • Check History Tab (or Notifications) for Status & Tracking

**Alternatively, if you don't know the emails of the people you want to receive assessments results from, you can share this link with them and ask them to share their results with you.

Full Step-by-Step

  • Once you login to your portal ( https://www.workinggenius.com/client/login ) and you are on the assessment dashboard, click the icon of the person in the top right and then click Request for Assessments

  • Enter the email address(es) of the individual(s) you wish to have assessment results for. If you are requesting multiple, you can do this either by entering them in a series separated by commas, or toggle the feature on to enter one at a time. Click Search.

  • You can then select and verify the correct assessments you want to request. Once all assessments are selected, click Request Assessment.

  • You will be prompted to choose how you would like the assessment to be displayed in your portal, either as an Individual or part of a team. If a team is selected, you’ll have the option to create or choose an existing team to add to.

  • Once those steps are completed, an email will be sent to the individual(s) notifying them of your request for their assessment. The individual will have the option to accept or decline the request.

View Status of Requests

  • Click the History tab in the Request for Assessments window

  • If an individual’s status has been marked as pending for a while, click on View Details under the Actions column, there you’ll have the option to Send a Reminder or Cancel the request. There is also a search feature within the History tab that allows you to search for a specific assessment.
