How do I get a refund for a purchase?

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Mistaken Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the wrong product or made an unintended order, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund or exchange once the product is returned (if applicable) and confirmed unused or unopened.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. To process your return or replacement:

  3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
