• We have a database hosted with Amazon Web Services in the United States that stores everyone's assessment results and we keep this in case someone loses their assessment and needs to be resent. 

• Your contact information, including email address and name, are stored in our CRM databases (Salesforce and ActiveCampaign) for the purpose of record keeping and internal email contact.

• Transactional emails are processed by Postmark.

• All payments are processed by Stripe. 

• For physical orders we share the shipping information with ShipStation and KTK Fulfillment Inc., our fulfillment partner. We also store tracking information for shipments for the purpose of customer service in Coda.

• We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager on our website for site and ad tracking.

• Online forms that are not provided directly through AWS are hosted by Tally.

• CookieYes provides website GDPR compliance.

• Leadr provides a software platform for Organizational Health.

• We do not sell or share your contact information with any other subprocessors.

We are committed to protecting the personal data of individuals who complete assessments. Names and email addresses are securely stored and handled in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Access to this information is restricted to authorized personnel only and is used solely for the purpose of administering and reporting assessment results. We also carry a Cyber Insurance Policy.

If you purchase your Working Genius assessment, you can choose who you share the assessment results with. If your employer purchases the assessment for you, they will have access to your assessment results and you would have the ability to go here: https://www.workinggenius.com/client/find and create a portal which will have a copy of your results once completed.
