How do I delete a participant from a closed Five Dysfunctions Assessment?

Once the Five Dysfunctions of a Team assessment is completed and closed, we’re not able to remove participants. Everyone completed the assessment with the full team in mind, and the results reflect that shared context.

Making changes after the assessment closes could affect the integrity of the report and, more importantly, could compromise the trust and confidentiality of those who participated.

To honor the confidentiality of responses and the openness people brought to the process, the assessment would need to be re-administered with the set of people you would like to include.
