Streamlined Checkout Flow

Significantly reduced the number of screens and work that were a part of the checkout flow for new users. Current flow includes the following:
- Click Checkout Button
- Enter email (system intelligently finds your account or welcomes you if one doesn't exist)
- Single Account Creation Page for new users (no Company/Role fields display if the user uses a Gmail type email address)
- Checkout page with Billing & Payment Information
- If Working Genius was purchased, you can now take or send the assessment directly from the order confirmation page (which is also unique for each checkout for better tracking visibility on our side).

Working Genius Updates

Ability to take Assessment from checkout confirmation page
Ability to Download the Assessment upon completion without needing to wait for an email
Updated Team Map Section workinggenius.com/about/assessment
Add pricing for Working Genius to homepage
Fixed pagination sorting bug on Podcast page

Other Updates

Highlight missing billing address in red to make it easier for the user to find
Enhanced PDF generation across both sites to reduce wait times to retrieve PDF reports.
Various typo/bug fixes
