Added the functionality to not allow the team owners to delete a member in case they have taken the 5D assessment, and they have not refreshed the team page.

Ideal Team Player Admin

Added the Ideal Team Player Admin Functionality / Assessment Takers in WP-Admin for customer service around Ideal Team Player assessments. Customer functionality will be added in a future release for servicing at the customer level.
