Can I view another individual’s full Ideal Team Player report?

The Ideal Team Player assessment is designed so that an individual’s answers to each question remain confidential, which encourages the taker to provide honest answers during the assessment process. Therefore, if you send the assessment to another individual, you will be able to see their Humble, Hungry, Smart ranking, but you will not see raw scores for each category.

Ultimately, the report it meant to be a personal report that the taker can review, and a manager or assessment administrator can use the Leader's Guide (in the Resources of the ITP console and attached here) to initiate a conversation around their lowest virtue. The goal is to help coach assessment takers around growth in their lowest virtue, regardless of the actual score.
