Why Should I get Certified? I know the Model.

Q: Why should I get certified? From my employer’s perspective how can I present the values of certification and that the investment will be worth it for them.

A: There are a few aspects of the certification program that would provide benefit to you and the people you facilitate sessions with. 

Firstly, the program is comprehensive.  Our ‘Master Facilitators’ who lead the sessions go much deeper than the content of the book, the assessment report, and the other materials in the assessment console.   They focus on facilitating the model with teams, managing pushback, equipping participants to answer every question they might receive, and covering all the nuances of analyzing team maps. 

Second, the program comes with access to a whole bunch of resources.  Once you register for certification, you’ll have access to slide decks, one-sheets, example team maps, handouts, and videos that aren’t available elsewhere. 

Lastly, there is continuing support following each certification session in the form of discounts and access to the Working Genius Certified Network.  You’ll receive a 20% discount on WG licenses in perpetuity once certified.  In the network you’ll be able to ask questions, offer ideas, connect with other certified consultants, and receive support from myself and a number of our other Master Facilitators.
