Can I have more than 2 Geniuses, and are my results accurate?

Q:  Can someone have more than 2 Geniuses?  I don’t think my results are totally correct. 

A:  When we first developed the assessment, we didn’t know that everyone had 2 Geniuses, 2 Competencies, and 2 Frustrations.  However, after testing the tool with thousands of people, it became overwhelmingly clear that everyone has 2 that fall into each category.   

An important distinction to make is that the assessment is not just measuring skill or talent, rather it is fundamentally based in determining what provides people with energy and joy.  These two aspects are typically somewhat parallel, because peoples’ strengths tend to lie in areas that they find fulfilling, and less in areas that drain them.  However, it is still most important to first consider energy and joy when using the WG model.  This changes the perspective of someone’s working frustrations from “oh, I’m bad at ____” to “oh, ____ doesn’t give me joy or energy.”
