Can I have ties in my Working Genius results?

If there’s a tie in your report, you must’ve taken the assessment during the early release, because we actually added tiebreaker questions a while ago to make sure that the results are as clear as possible. 

We've now made it easy to break your ties and have the ability to download the new and updated report.

• Access your Working Genius Assessment & Report in your Console.

  • Need help on where to find your report? Visit this article.

• Click the Download icon in the Actions column.

• The system will ask you if you'd like to break your ties in order to download your report.

• Once you proceed, you will be taken to the first page of your assessment, with all of your previous answers saved.

• You will advance through the assessment till you reach the tie-breaker questions. Once you complete those questions, you new results will generate without a tie, and you can download your new report.
