Can I have ties in my Working Genius results?

If there’s a tie in your report, you must’ve taken the assessment during the early release, because we actually added tiebreaker questions a while ago to make sure that the results are as clear as possible.  In order to figure out what your two Geniuses are without retaking the assessment, I would suggest going through the qualitative review section of the assessment report and selecting whichever one best describes you.  Even if your second and third categories are close enough to receive the same score, one will fall into your Geniuses and one will fall into your Competencies. 

As you determine what your second Working Genius is, it’s best to focus solely on what gives you energy and fulfillment, as you mentioned.  And remember, it’s not an exact science!  You are the best judge of what your Geniuses truly are, along with the help of your family, colleagues or friends who know you well.
