Job Matching Resources for Working Genius
We don’t have a job matching resource paired directly with the assessment yet, but I’ll give you a brief description around how to approach job matching with your results as well as list some related podcast episodes below.
In general, the idea of each Genius’ compatibility with jobs/careers is tricky because there are plenty of different types of roles in each field. A good example would be sales vs. marketing. With regards to the role of a salesperson, it can be relatively safely assumed that someone with Galvanizing and Tenacity would have a natural proclivity for it, as most sales jobs involve similar practices. However, when it comes to marketing, there are roles ranging from creative design (W/I), to social media outreach (I/G), to analytical roles like SEO (D/T), and they all involve different Geniuses.
So, the best way to approach looking at job compatibility with your Geniuses is to figure out what the most important tasks are that are involved with the role. You can then compare those tasks to your Working Genius results, and begin to consider whether or not conducting those tasks daily would provide you with joy and fulfillment.
