Are there Numerical Scores for Working Genius

Q:  Is there any way to see my numerical scores for each category?  I’m curious as to how strong I am in my Competencies and how far apart each is. 

A:  When we first began developing the assessment, we actually included both numerical scores and a bar graph in the report.  However, we quickly learned how misleading these things can be for teams when debriefing together.  This is because someone who is generally more humble or self-critical tends to have lower scores across the board than someone who is more confident and energetic overall.  So, when comparing these two reports, it would seem that one is somehow higher in the majority of categories, when in reality, the only truly important metric is the ranking of someone’s 2 Geniuses, 2 Competencies and 2 Frustrations.  In short, it’s all relative, so there’s no need to worry about how close or how strong any given category is.
