Bulk Sharing Working Genius Assessments

You can share an entire team through our bulk sharing functionality. This feature allows you to share all (or a selected few) assessments located in a team, while also adhering to privacy and sharing permissions set by the individual users. All of the shared assessments are shared as a team with the team name from your console.

• Access your Working Genius Administrator's Console

• Click into a team

• Select the assessments you want to share

• Click "Bulk Actions

• Click "Share Selected Assessments"

• Follow the prompts

Step-by-step Instructions

*Assessments that already have sharing permissions enabled will be automatically shared.

*Assessments that do not already have sharing permissions enabled will be released once the user clicks through the permission request email sent by our system.

As the recipient of a bulk share, you can also view the status of shared assessments by:

• Clicking the person account icon in the top right your Administrator's Console

• Clicking "Request for Assessments"

• Click the "History" tab
