We are not receiving the emails, or the link is not working for The Five Dysfunctions of a Team Assessment.

Double-check the assessments page in the Administrator’s Console to ensure the team is in process. If it is, please select the team to verify that the email addresses in the Team Roster section are accurate. If they are, the emails are most likely being filtered as spam by your email server.

You can copy the individual's assessment link directly from your administrator console. After opening a team, you will see that each incomplete assessment has a link button that you can click. Please note that these links are uniquely individual for each person.

Once copied, you can send the link through whichever platform you choose.
