The assessment emails are being flagged as spam, or the link is not working for The Five Dysfunctions of a Team Assessment.

You can copy the individual's assessment link directly from your administrator console. After opening a team, you will see that each incomplete assessment has a link button that you can click. Please note that these links are uniquely individual for each person.
Once copied, you can send the link through whichever platform you choose.
