Remove Additional Contacts from Working Genius Assessment Notifications

Did you add people as additional contacts for receiving notifications for completed Working Genius assessments, and now want to remove them?

  • Open the team in your portal

  • Click "Edit Information" in the top right

  • Toggle off the "Notify me as participants complete the assessment"

    • This clears out all contacts (including yourself) for receiving notifications.

  • Click Save

  • Then click "Edit Information" again

  • Toggle back on the "Notify me as participants complete the assessment"

  • Don't enter any additional contacts in the "CC" field.

  • Click Save

This will allow only you to receive the notifications going forward.
